• Description

  Oil with an intense vegetable scent and references to apple peel. Harmonious, fresh, sweet with a finish of spices such as basil and rosemary. Very suitable for all types of meals, excellent for starting with warm or warm bread, as well as for enriching first courses. Very good on delicate meats, mixed salads and raw meats. Good with slightly more matured cheeses and delicate cold cuts.
  
  Blend of 4 varieties of oil.
  Olive varieties: It depends on the season, normally they are: Gentile di Chieti, Leccino, Dritta, Cucco.
  
  Harvest period: Depending on the season, Cucco and Leccino October 15 - 30, Gentile and Dritta by the end of November.
  
  Collection and Extraction: They are immediately processed in our oil mill consisting of a hammer crusher and malaxers, airtight without oxygen and cold pressed (23°).
  
  Storage: takes place in a small steel tank. After 2 decanting and without filtration, it is bottled at the beginning of January.
  
  Use: raw.
  Superior category extra virgin olive oil obtained directly from olives and solely by mechanical means.

  Before being a company, Ursini is a family, a group of lovers of the olive tree and its fruits with a destiny already written in the nickname Putì which in dialect means "olive pruner".
