Description
MARCO COLZANI spreads are made from the selection of the best dried italian fruits, selected for their organoleptic and healthy properties.
We only choose dried fruit that grows in the traditional territories and where the microclimate helps the plants to express themself at their best.
The creaminess is due to the high content of dried fruit, without adding others fats.
Produced without any kind of additives, dyes and emulsifiers.
The hazelnuts are grown in Cravanzana, in the province of Cuneo, in the hills of the Alta Langa.
Cravanzana is one of the main production centers of the Tonda Gentile of Piedmont, one of the best varieties of Italian hazelnut.
Marco Colzani bets on pure and uncompromising chocolate made with only two ingredients, cocoa and cane sugar, without added cocoa butter, lecithin or vanilla.
The dried fruits are selected manually, dried and if it is necessary softly toasted. Then we grind them, with other required ingredients, until we obtain the desired finess. Finally the spread is sealed in a glass jar. -
History
Marco Colzani, graduated in agriculture, specialized in oenology, with a great passion for any agricultural raw material, for experimentation and the desire to combine agronomic knowledge of the family: coffee roasting.
His laboratory is divided into two: on the one hand coffee and cocoa, on the other fruits and vegetables. -
