In the protected area of Monteferrato in Tuscany, where the well-known winds of the spazzavento blow, our Barbarossa Pomegranate plantation grows.
The variety of the fruit gives incredibly tender and fleshy arils, and for this reason it has always been called «the pomegranate with a sweet heart».
Thanks to the altitude of the terrain, the peculiarity of the soil and the special characteristics of the pomegranate itself, our fruit is incredibly juicy, rich in antioxidant and nutritional proprieties.
It is from this exceptional harvest that we have created our Elixir Barbarossa.
The Tonic component derives directly from the pure pomegranate juice extract. The digestive element originates from the most accurate selection of herbs (juniper, gentian, bitter orange, dandelion & wild fennel).
Serve the Elixir after a meal, on the rocks to better unleash the pomegranate power, or blended in a cocktail.
