Description
Our pasta is produced from durum wheat cultivated directly by the company.
Semolina and water are the only ingredients.
We use circular bronze die plates and we dry pasta at temperatures lower than 44°C, taking about 20 hours for short pasta and about 40 hours for long pasta.
Spaghetti has a diameter of 2,2 mm and a length of 260 mm.
Their cooking time is between 9 and 11 minutes. -
History
The Pastificio delle Marche is built of wood, glass, concrete and is located in the middle of one of our wheat fields.
Designed to be integrated into the landscape of our farm, it is the symbol of how the most advanced technology and tradition can combine in order to obtain the best possible pasta. -
